FAA EXTENDS COMMENT DEADLINE ON PROPOSED POLICY REGARDING THROUGH-THE-FENCE AGREEMENTS

Today, the FAA extended the comment deadline for the proposed policy regarding through-the-fence access to airports from residential properties.  Comments are due on or before September 14, 2012.  Information concerning the proposed policy may be found here.
